Purpose : To provide quick, easy and well documented system for service requests and spare requirements of existing gearboxes and motors to all customers especially 'End Users;.
2. The first step for each new customer is to 'Create Account' for which following data is required to be filled in: Company name, address, customer name, contact number, email ID & password.
3. For quick/single service DIRECTLY click on Service Request without creating account. From here one can raise a service request with few details and an auto email with a service request number will be sent to our Service Engineer. The service request status can be tracked by contacting our engineers.
4. If an account is created then the service request can be raised through the account and it can be easily tracked.
5.To raise Service Request, click on the service request tab at top right corner and fill up the details of the product such as, Brand/Category/Model No/SrNo/Issue Description/Batch Date. Of these 'Brand' and 'Category' fields are mandatory. Instead of filling the other item details, one can upload the photograph of the nameplate but in the photo the basic details such as model no.and sr. no. should be clearly visible.
6.The service request status of all raised services will be listed under the Service calls tab.
7. A very important feature of this software is the possibility to create a register of all the gearboxes and motors in a plant. Under the 'My Equipment' tab one can fill in the details of the gearbox/motor. This will enable in future to raise a service request or inquiry for spares or main item for these equipment quickly.
8.Under the help section one can view the nameplate description of the major brands of gearboxes and motors in which we deal.
